Cardinal Health is seeking an Internal Audit - Finance professional to audit financial and operational processes, assess risks, and drive improvements across the organization. The role supports SOX compliance and collaborates with business leaders on annual audit planning.

The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of audit experience and a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with opportunities to mentor staff and develop analytics capabilities in a growing, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
• 4+ years of internal and/or external audit experience, preferred

Responsibilities

• Auditing financial and operational projects and identifying risks
• Lead and execute financial and operational audits, perform testing, and review controls with business partners
• Assist with transition of controls/processes for new acquisitions and business transformations
• Help develop less experienced staff
• Assist in risk assessments with business leaders to shape the annual audit plan
• Communicate issues identified in audits and collaborate on action plans
• Lead initiatives in Data Analytics, Training, DE&I, Career Development and impact areas
