The program runs May 31, 2027 to August 6, 2027, with opportunities to contribute to real initiatives and learn from seasoned finance professionals in a fast-paced consumer goods environment.

Qualifications

• Undergrad pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field with graduation May 2028 or later.
• Previous internship/work/leadership experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to collaborate in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Support high-impact projects delivering measurable business value through financial analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
• Analyze financial and operational performance, including variance analysis of revenue, margins, and expenses, and provide actionable insights.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and business cases.
• Support month-end close and accounting processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and SAP reporting.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations, identifying opportunities to streamline and automate financial processes.
