Job summary

ITT Aerospace Controls LLC in Valencia, CA is seeking a Finance Intern for Summer 2027. This hands-on role offers exposure to operational accounting and manufacturing finance within a publicly traded aerospace company, with mentorship and real projects.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in Accounting or Finance BS with GPA 3.0+ and has completed junior year.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and accrual accounting.
• Familiarity with SAP and Oracle accounting systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Accounting/Finance team with daily operational activities
• Review and update current standard operating procedures
• Gain an understanding of ITT's SOX policies and procedures
• Maintain and file documents in accordance with ITT's retention policy
• Support resolution of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) items
• Participate in inventory audits and cost analysis
