• Comfort with spreadsheets and productivity tools (Excel/Google Sheets) and office suites.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with financial data.
• Clear written and verbal communication, ability to explain findings to others.
• Ability to collaborate, manage multiple priorities, and adapt as needs evolve.

Responsibilities

• Support financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis to help teams understand business performance.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and potential cost savings.
• Help develop or enhance financial models, dashboards, KPIs, reports, and presentations that turn data into insights.
• Support accounting and financial operations, including reconciliations, journal entries, credit analysis, or data validation.
• Identify opportunities to streamline, standardize, or automate Finance and Accounting processes using technology and data.
• Gather requirements, document workflows, test solutions, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct research and ad hoc analysis to support strategic decisions across Finance and other functions.
