Job summary

Shift Technology, a Boston-based SaaS scale-up, is seeking a Finance Intern to join the finance team. Reporting to the CFO, this co‑op offers hands‑on exposure to financial planning, reporting, and analysis while collaborating with senior leadership in a fast‑growing company.

• Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business.
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills with formulas, pivots, and lookups.

Responsibilities

• Support the CFO with financial analysis, reporting, and ad-hoc projects.
• Maintain and update data, financial models, dashboards, and internal reports.
• Organize and analyze data using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Assist with core FP&A and accounting tasks.
• Prepare presentations and reports using Google Slides and Docs.
• Support process improvements across finance, accounting, and operations.
• Conduct benchmarking and research as needed.
