Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Rotate across Finance teams to see the variety of career paths available.
• Shadow professionals and learn the “why” behind the work we do.
• Assist with hands‑on tasks like data entry, updating reports, and joining team meetings.
• Learn to use tools such as Excel, Power Query, Power Pivot, and CRM systems.
• Support reporting and forecasting processes, from monthly spend reports to utilization tracking.
• Get exposure to accounting processes such as general ledger reconciliations and month‑end close.
• Contribute to meaningful projects like backlog updates, project setups, clearing account research, project forecast review, month end revenue close review, and general field operations support.
