In this part-time, paid internship, you’ll support the Finance and Administration team with data entry, records maintenance, and admin tasks while gaining hands-on exposure to financial systems and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Enter financial data into the Company’s finance and accounting systems with accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist with organizing, filing, and maintaining administrative and financial documentation.
• Support creation, updating, and management of internal databases used for financial tracking and reporting.
• Perform basic reconciliations, data checks, and quality reviews to ensure accuracy.
• Help prepare routine reports and summaries for the Finance team.
• Provide general administrative support as needed, including scheduling, document formatting, and record maintenance.

Internship Overview

The Finance Intern supports the Finance and Administration team by performing data entry, maintaining financial records, assisting with routine administrative tasks, and helping build and manage internal databases.
