Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3.0 GPA strongly preferred
• Active involvement in campus or community activities preferred
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States full-time without visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Support finance team in day-to-day operations including employee payment, client billing and reconciliation
• Prepare balance sheets and income statements
• Assist with invoice processing, vendor payments, and expense tracking
• Review financial documents for accuracy and compliance
• Assist payroll for US-based and international employees
• Support payroll reporting and tax filings
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll and employee data
• Update SOPs for recurring tasks
• Collaborate with internal teams on special projects
