Job summary

Troon Golf is seeking a Finance Intern to join their team in Scottsdale, AZ. This 12-week internship offers practical experience in finance, working closely with the accounting team on various tasks including basic transaction preparation and financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will be pursuing a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and should have a basic understanding of GAAP. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential. Candidates will work in person 5 days a week at the North Scottsdale office.

Qualifications

• Must be a recent graduate or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Understanding of GAAP and finance is essential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation of basic accounting transactions and reports.
• Support data collection for sales tax returns.
• Prepare basic balance sheet account reconciliations.
• Contribute to daily, weekly, and monthly financial reporting.
