Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree or certificate program in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with financial software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
• Support project cost tracking, budget analysis, and financial forecasting while reviewing and reconciling accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare monthly financial summaries and assist with month-end close and audits.
