Responsibilities include FP&A tasks such as monthly variance analysis and budget template development, as well as accounting work like GL reconciliation documentation and process writing. Strong analytical, teamwork, and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business or finance.
• Practical experience in finance, accounting, or internal control is valued.

Responsibilities

• FP&A: Prepare, analyze and communicate monthly departmental files comparing actual vs budget.
• FP&A: Assist in building budget templates for all departments.
• FP&A: Work on financial ad hoc analysis to support the business growth.
• Accounting: Document and review monthly GL reconciliation files.
• Accounting: Write procedures on current processes.
• Internal Control: Participate in internal control campaign to review and document processes.
