Qualifications

• Pursuing a Finance/Accounting or related bachelor's degree
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 apps

Responsibilities

• Supports AR/AP/Treasury activities within the Shared Services Finance team
• Researches customer accounts and prepares statements using Oracle and AI tools
• Reviews supporting docs (invoices, PODs, waivers) to ensure accurate records
• Investigates past-due invoices and customer deductions to support collections
• Reconciles unapplied cash and customer credits, analyzing payment activity
• Assists with credit card transactions and resolves discrepancies
• Maintains customer data integrity in Oracle and validates site addresses
• Collaborates with partners to resolve routine accounting inquiries
• Completes special projects to improve processes and team results
• Demonstrates flexibility adapting methods to changing business needs
