Job summary

Diablo Tools, Inc. in Atlanta is seeking a university student intern to collaborate with Finance and IT on AI-driven efficiency initiatives.

You will use PowerBI, SQL and Excel to build automations and KPI visuals, support budgeting analyses, and present findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Current university student in good standing with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s in Business, Finance or Data Analytics.
• Experience in PowerBI, SQL and Excel preferred.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing business situation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and stakeholders to explore emerging tech and streamline workflows.
• Conduct Ad-hoc analysis including pricing, customer programs, and key revenue drivers.
• Utilize PowerBI, SQL, and Excel to develop automations and KPI visuals.
• Assist with budget vs actuals analysis and create presentation-ready visualizations.

Job Description

• Collaborate closely with Finance, IT, and key stakeholders to explore emerging tech, streamline workflows, and roll out AI-driven efficiency initiatives.

• Utilize PowerBI, SQL, and Excel to develop new automations as well as create new KPI’s.
• Assist with budget vs actuals analysis and create presentation-ready visualizations.

Qualifications

• Current university student in good standing (min. 3.0 GPA); pursuing a Bachelor’s in Business, Finance or Data Analytics
• Experience in PowerBI, SQL and Excel preferred
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing business situation
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Prior internship experience in finance, data analytics, sales or related field preferred
