Job summary

Mars, Incorporated offers a Finance Internship Experience designed to immerse students in the finance function and develop analytical and leadership skills.

The Mars Internship Experience is a 10-week summer program with exposure to real business problems, mentorship, and the potential to transition to full-time through the MFLE program after graduation. Relocation to the site is required for interns who are selected.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be majoring in Finance, Accounting, or related business fields.
• Open to students legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Willingness to relocate to the site of the role.

Responsibilities

• Help our finance teams drive our digital agenda by unlocking analytics capabilities, processes and helping to mold the usage and adoption of next generation applications and technologies
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to drive value through tangible, project-based assignments with visibility to senior leadership within the organization
• Build capability in data storytelling, analysis, process optimization, senior leader communication, project ownership and stakeholder alignment
• The internship program offers potential to join full-time within the MFLE program after graduation and successful evaluation.
