Job summary

General Motors is offering a summer internship in the Finance – Accounting area. You will collaborate with GM’s diverse teams to assemble data, perform analyses, and present recommendations to senior executives at the internship’s end.

You will engage in activities around Design/Build/Sell and Services operations, participate in case competitions and plant tours, and gain exposure to corporate finance principles while pursuing CPA-related coursework.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields.
• Graduating between October 2027 and June 2028; CPA track coordinated with degree completion.
• Able to work full time, 40 hours per week during the summer months.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with GM’s globally diverse organizations to assemble data and perform analyses.
• Present recommendations to senior GM executives at internship end.
• Participate in case competitions, plant tours, and overviews of finance areas.
