Summer Internship Program

Successful completion of the PLOT program can also earn you a scholarship between $1,000 and $3,000.

Role Overview

As a Wilbur-Ellis Finance Intern, you'll gain experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, reporting, and business performance management. You'll work alongside finance professionals to support projects that help drive informed business decisions and contribute to the financial success of the organization.

You’ll have the opportunity to share your ideas, contribute innovative solutions, and develop an understanding of how finance partners with business leaders to drive growth and operational excellence.

At the conclusion of your internship, you’ll prepare and present a final PowerPoint presentation highlighting your project work, key learnings, and overall experience.

What You Bring to the Role

As an intern, we understand you may not already have extensive professional experience. We are seeking a college student pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Agricultural Business, or a related field with an interest in finance and business strategy. Overall, we are looking for someone with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy; the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools; intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn; a self-starter who is eager to contribute ideas and collaborate with others; and someone who brings their full self to work each day. Compensation and Benefits

In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $17.00 to $24.00 per hour. Note that wages may vary based on location, skills, and experience.
