• Prior internship or relevant work experience in finance.
• Experience in the architecture/engineering/construction management industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist in financial analysis by collecting, organizing, and analyzing financial data.
• Prepare financial reports, presentations, and forecasts for management review.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes by gathering relevant information and inputting data into financial models.
• Research industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements and regulatory filings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
• Participate in meetings and discussions related to financial planning, performance, and strategy.
