EnerSys is seeking a Finance Intern to gain hands-on experience across core financial activities within the CFO organization. You will assist with analysis, reporting, planning, and special projects while learning how Finance supports business performance.

Qualifications include pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in an office setting. This is an entry-level development role.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong interest in corporate finance, FP&A, or related finance functions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to organize multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Team collaboration and willingness to learn in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and other Finance activities as assigned.
• Support preparation of financial reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and management materials.
• Assist with data collection, validation, and analysis for accurate financial information.
• Contribute to Finance projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Finance and cross-functional teams on projects and deliverables.
