Job summary

Greenheck Group, a dynamic international HVAC manufacturer, seeks a Finance & Accounting Intern to support corporate accounting, FP&A, and business unit finance. You’ll gain real-world experience in a global manufacturing setting, collaborating across teams to drive smarter decision-making and efficiency.

You’ll work on the monthly close, asset management, and analytics projects, building dashboards in Excel and Power BI while learning from experienced professionals.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with monthly close process — journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Support balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis.
  • Utilize SAP BPC to support internal reporting and planning.
  • Help manage Fixed Assets, asset audits, and asset retirements/transfers.
  • Support post-audits on capital expenditures and tell the story behind numbers.
  • Create dashboards and reporting tools in Excel and Power BI to improve visibility into productivity and P&L performance.
  • Analyze financial and operational trends to identify performance improvements.

The starting base pay range for this position is $20.00/hour - $25.00/hour and is based on position and academic year.In addition to competitive pay, co-ops receive paid time off for company-observed holidays and are eligible for additional financial support through a housing allowance or sign-on bonus.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSWork is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment, such as a computer and phone.
