Job summary

Axos Bank offers a 12-week Summer Internship Program designed to give students hands-on experience in financial analysis within a technology-driven banking environment. Interns participate in a capstone project, engage with business leaders, and receive financial literacy training and access to courses from Corporate Finance Institute.

Two sessions run, with additional learning and networking opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing financial statements, performance metrics, and financial projection reports.
• Prepare dashboards and presentations for leadership using digital tools.
• Support the development of financial models for revenue projections and expense management.
• Help update and maintain forecasting tools used in a fast-paced online banking environment.
• Work with large datasets to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to integrate financial data into decision-making processes.

About This Job

Join Axos Bank’s immersive 12-week Summer Internship Program to gain hands-on experience, contribute to enterprise initiatives, and develop professional skills in a fast-paced, technology-driven financial environment. Along with your day-to-day job duties, you will take part in a capstone project, sessions with our business leaders, financial literacy training courses, Corporate Finance Institute trainings, and a volunteer day. Interns choose between one of two sessions.

Session 1: May 25 - August 13

Session 2: June 14 - September 3

The Finance Internship at Axos offers hands-on experience in financial analysis, planning, and reporting within a technology-driven environment. Interns will learn how modern banking leverages data and automation to manage financial operations and support strategic decisions. This role is ideal for students interested in fintech, corporate finance, and digital banking innovation.
