Job summary

Fidelity is seeking a Manager, Finance Business Performance & Insights in the Brokerage Finance team to deliver data, insights and analysis that inform strategy, measure performance and monitor key initiatives. You will contribute to executive presentations used across the enterprise.

The role requires 1–3+ years in data analytics, a Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance (MBA a plus), and strong skills with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel).

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years' experience in data analytics and financial analysis
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus
• Familiarity with financial modeling, data visualization, and presentation tools
• Experience accessing disparate datasets and creating basic visualizations
• Experience in Decision Support, Customer Analytics, Performance Measurement, and Revenue Models
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
