Fidelity Investments Inc. in Covington, KY seeks a Manager, Finance Business Performance & Insights to deliver data, insights and analysis to advise strategy, measure performance and monitor key initiatives across Brokerage Finance. You will help develop executive presentations used across the enterprise.
The role requires 1–3+ years in data analytics and financial analysis, strong visualization skills (Power BI/Tableau), and ability to speak clearly with leaders. Onsite work model applies.

The Manager, Finance Business Performance & Insights within the Brokerage Finance team will deliver the data, strategic insights and analysis to advise business strategy and decision making, measure and evaluate business performance, and monitor key initiatives. You will be a contributor to the development of executive presentations which will be used across multiple forums and widely across the enterprise. This role will provide an opportunity to work across the company and partner with other finance teams across the firm.
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, Information Sciences, or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree a plus
· Basic knowledge of financial modeling, presentation, and some data visualization tools (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Thinkcell, Alteryx, Tableau, Business Objects, SQL)
Fidelity's Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles.
