Role Description

We seek an experienced implementation consultant to work collaboratively within our team, configuring, testing, training, and implementing solutions using our "Sparkrock Factory" methodology. You will specialize in one implementation area (e.g., G/L, A/P, A/R, Inventory) and may expand into other areas as you grow. This role involves close teamwork with global peers.

Responsibilities

• Learn the SR365 Finance solution
• Implement Finance modules for nonprofits, school boards, and government agencies
• Configure client environments based on your area of expertise
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients
• Review configurations and train clients as needed
• Transfer knowledge to other consultants
• Support clients through the implementation process
• Ensure smooth transition from existing systems to SR365
• Manage multiple projects proactively
• Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams

Minimum Requirements

• BA/BS degree
• 3+ years of finance implementation experience
• Knowledge of complex accounting/finance concepts
• Experience interacting with senior management
• Familiarity with SDLC stages during implementations
• Data-driven decision-making skills
• Effective communication and change management abilities
• Strong project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft NAV, BC, Sparkrock 365
• CPA, CA, CMA, or CGA certifications
• Microsoft BC certification
