Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of full-cycle accounting, finance, HR, or G&A recruiting experience.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems; Workday or comparable platforms a plus.
• Ability to flex across corporate functions as business needs arise.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruiting for Finance, Accounting, HR and other G&A roles.
• Lead Recruiting Strategy Intake meetings with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements.
• Identify and assess qualified candidates through resume reviews and interviews.
• Maintain a high standard for candidate experience reflecting Skechers' culture.
