Job summary

Skechers seeks a Corporate Recruiter for Finance and G&A to own full-cycle recruiting across Finance, Accounting, HR and G&A. You will partner with Hiring Managers to shape workforce plans, source top talent, and close strategic roles in a fast-paced market.

Drive strategy, candidate experience, and data-driven decisions while aligning recruiting with Skechers’ brand and business priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of full-cycle accounting, finance, HR, or G&A recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting for Finance, Accounting, HR and other G&A roles.
• Lead intake meetings with Hiring Managers to define role requirements and success profiles.
• Identify and assess candidates through resume review and structured interviews.
• Maintain high candidate experience reflecting Skechers' culture and employer brand.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and talent platforms.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with Talent Brand to promote Skechers' employer brand in finance, accounting and HR.
