Spring Venture Group is seeking an Finance Analyst Intern/Junior Financial Analyst to join the FP&A team in a highly cross‑functional role. You will help calculate and administer monthly variable compensation for our sales teams, while supporting broader FP&A functions with data analysis, KPI tracking, and ad‑hoc reporting.

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a finance/accounting/business/economics degree.
• Internship experience in finance, accounting, or analytics is a plus.
• Strong quantitative ability demonstrated in coursework.
• Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Calculate, verify, and process monthly variable compensation payouts with accuracy.
• Collaborate with sales and finance to review earnings and pay inquiries.
• Assist FP&A with KPIs, forecasts, and business metric tracking.
• Prepare ad‑hoc financial reports and analyses for leadership.
• Maintain data privacy and confidentiality for payroll information.
