Job summary

LHH is partnering with a Greater Pittsburgh area corporation to fill a Director of Accounting/Finance who will lead financial planning, analytics, and budgeting oversight to support growth in revenue and profitability.

The role requires driving FP&A operations, standardizing metrics, and advising senior leadership. Candidates should have a CPA or MBA preferred, 10–15+ years in finance, and hands-on proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA, CPA preferred.
• 10-15 plus years of experience.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead and manage the ongoing evaluation of business unit financial performance.
• Develop three and five-year business plans with leadership.
• Educate management on critical metrics through regular reporting and analysis.
• Develop in-depth financial analysis for trends in revenue, cost, pricing and profitability across product, regions, and customers.
