Job summary

Cross River in the United States invites a New Product Planning Associate to represent Finance from early product design through launch and stabilization. You'll scope and document downstream requirements, lead recurring integration calls with Product and Technology, and drive several workstreams to completion at once.

It's a highly visible seat. You'll build working relationships across Finance, Product, Technology, and Operations, and develop end-to-end knowledge of how our products move

Qualifications

• 2+ years in product operations, project coordination, or similar cross-functional role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• Working accounting literacy: debits and credits, GL structure, and journal entries.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
• Clear written and verbal communication; translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Shape Requirements Early: identify and document downstream Finance requirements before a product build.
• Own and improve the new product checklist and documentation for each initiative.
• Assess Finance impact end to end: map product flow through accounting, GL, tax, liquidity, and reporting.
• Drive integration to the finish line: lead recurring calls, track items, and elevate risks.
• Own trackers, agendas, recaps, and leadership status for cross-functional groups.
