This job handles project-based workload concentrated on the Financial areas of the organization and rotates through the areas of Managed Care, Reimbursement, Budget, Finance, Decision Support, HIM/Coding, Business Office, and other key areas of finance.

Job Summary:

Structures projects around real-time issues in each department with the goal of improvement in departmental workflow and productivity.

Responsibilities:

  • Executes projects and initiatives.
  • Engages in professional and career development.
  • Communicates with and presents plans/projects to team members.
  • Collaborates with company executives and key stakeholders.
  • Performs other related duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Master of Finance or Accounting
  • Master of Business Administration w/Finance Concentration
  • Master of Healthcare Administration or Master in Public Health (requires undergraduate concentration in finance/accounting)
  • Or other related accredited graduate program w/undergraduate concentration in finance/accounting with a minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale

Preferred Experience:

  • Proven success adapting and contributing effectively within fast-paced, evolving professional environments, including examples of navigating change, managing competing priorities, and collaborating across teams

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to define project objectives, identify stakeholders, plan steps, and allocate resources to achieve objectives in a resourceful manner.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to present information clearly and professionally to varying levels of individuals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office — Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to demonstrate good judgment.
