Qualifications

• PhD or DBA in Finance (ABD accepted) or closely related field for Assistant Professor, or a Master’s in Finance for Lecturer.
• Proven or potential ability to teach finance courses in a U.S. four-year university.
• Active research agenda for tenure-track (Assistant Professor).
• Experience collaborating with diverse populations and ability to adapt to multiple learning modalities.

Responsibilities

• Teach Finance courses at undergraduate and graduate levels (24 credit units for Assistant Professor; 24 or 32 for Lecturer).
• Design assignments and activities to foster active learning and student engagement.
• Observe and evaluate student performance and provide timely feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of enrollment, attendance, and grades; prepare reports.
