Qualifications

• PhD or DBA in Finance (or ABD) is required for Assistant Professor; Master's in Finance is acceptable for Lecturer.
• Ability to teach finance courses at undergraduate and graduate levels in a U.S. four-year university.
• Experience in advising, service, and scholarly activities is desired.

Responsibilities

• Teach Finance courses at undergraduate and graduate levels (24 credits per academic year for Assistant Professor; 24 or 32 credits for Lecturer).
• Design assignments and activities to foster active learning.
• Observe and evaluate student performance and provide timely feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of enrollment, progress, and grades; submit reports promptly.
• Provide a course syllabus in the first week of each class.
• Participate in committees, marketing, recruiting, and experiential-learning activities.
• Evening/weekend hours may be required for experiential components.
