Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks a Financial Systems & Accounting Expert to support AI training and human data evaluation for accounting operations, financial reporting, and ERP integration. You will review AI outputs, annotate financial records, and ensure accuracy across multiple systems.

Required experience includes 3+ years in accounting and hands-on use of NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, or Dynamics 365, with strong Excel skills and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in financial accounting, corporate accounting, audit, bookkeeping, financial reporting, management accounting, cost accounting, or FP&A with substantial accounting responsibilities.
• Experience preparing or reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Hands-on experience with multiple financial systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage Intacct, Dynamics 365, Workday).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with tools such as BlackLine, Bill.com, Ramp, Brex, Stripe, Avalara, Anaplan, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.
• Prior paid experience in AI training, data annotation, labeling, RLHF, AI response evaluation, model evaluation, or rubric-based grading is required.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2 level or above).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy, calculations, journal entries, and accounting treatments.
• Review and annotate financial statements, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close workpapers.
• Identify accounting errors, misstatements, and inconsistencies and provide appropriate corrections with clear rationale.
• Assess accounting workflows and financial systems logic across platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365.
• Apply written rubrics to evaluate, rank, and grade AI-generated responses.
• Create realistic accounting scenarios, examples, and reference answers for AI training.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback to improve model performance and accounting accuracy.
• Support financial processes from transaction recording through month-end close and financial reporting.

Role Overview

micro1 is engaging Financial Systems & Accounting Experts to support a customer project focused on accounting operations, financial reporting, and ERP systems. You'll apply your accounting judgment and financial systems expertise to evaluate and improve AI-generated outputs and training data.

Prior experience in AI training or human-data work is required. Simply using AI features within accounting software does not qualify.
