Job summary

Turing is seeking finance-experts to work with researchers to improve AI model performance in finance domains. No prior AI experience required. Flexible, 10–30 hrs/week, ~1 month with possible extension.

Fully remote role with competitive hourly compensation and exposure to cutting-edge AI and finance applications. Candidates should bring 2+ years in finance fields and strong English writing. Rewarded with a flexible schedule and remote work environment, compensation starts around $100+ per hour

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in Capital Markets, Portfolio Management, Research, Trading, Quant, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Growth Equity, FP&A, Accounting, or Financial Consulting.
• Strong grasp of financial concepts (investment analysis, research, forecasting, revenue builds, corporate finance, asset management, risk management, etc.) based on your domain of expertise.
• Excellent English written communication.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate LLM models for areas of finance where models do not perform well.
• Create rubrics to assess model capabilities on specific areas of your finance expertise (such as deal analysis, M&A assessments, and more).
• Collaborate with AI researchers and fellow finance experts to shape training methods, evaluation strategies, and benchmarks.

Role overview:

Turing is looking for Experts in finance to work with our researchers to improve performance of AI models. We are looking for experts across a range of topics including capital markets, portfolio management, research, trading, quant, investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, accounting, and others. If you enjoy solving complex problems in finance and are interested in working with AI systems, please apply. No prior AI experience is required.
