The Expense Management Intern will support reconciliations, journal entries, budgeting, and reporting, gaining real‑world finance experience over a 10‑week, in‑person program with mentorship and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Strong accounting and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and Office Suite.
• Effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepares general ledger account reconciliations.
• Prepares and posts journal entries with supporting documentation.
• Assists in the preparation of management reporting materials.
• Assists with uploading financial data into systems for budgeting.
