Job description

We are seeking a Finance ERP Implementation Consultant to support end-to-end ERP implementation activities with a focus on finance modules. The role involves testing, deployment, stakeholder engagement, and post-go-live support to ensure successful system adoption and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Testing & Deployment

• Develop and execute test scenarios, including unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Support defect tracking, root cause analysis, and resolution during initial rollout and ongoing support
• Assist with cutover planning, go-live readiness, and hypercare support activities

Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as a trusted advisor to finance leaders and business process owners
• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and change management activities
• Communicate risks, issues, and project status clearly to stakeholders and project management teams

Pre and Post-Go-Live Support & Continuous Improvement

• Support cutover activities and provide post-implementation stabilization (hypercare), including month-end close support
• Identify enhancement opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to manage system releases and upgrades

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
• 3–8 years of experience in ERP implementations, with a focus on finance modules
• Strong understanding of:
  • General Ledger
  • Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
  • Financial reporting and month-end close processes
• Experience with ERP systems such as Infor M3, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
