Qualifications

• Strong data engineering fundamentals across SQL, Python, warehouse modeling, and orchestration.
• Ability to model revenue, cost, and margin with limited hand-holding.
• Experience building internal tools, dashboards, or automations used by non-engineers.
• Familiarity with LLM-based agent workflows and applying them to operational processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own unit economics models for cost-to-serve, gross margin, and contribution by product.
• Own budgeting for technology spend and forecast capacity.
• Build and run finance dashboards as a single source of truth for KPIs.
• Automate budget-vs-actuals with live views and alerts.
• Design the deal desk framework and automated quote generation.
• Automate sales compensation pipelines from CRM and billing data.
• Design finance agents and tools to summarize financial data for non-engineers.
• Build finance data layer from billing, payroll, cloud, and accounting systems.
• Collaborate with VP Finance, Controller, and engineering leads to trace discrepancies and ship fixes.
