Qualifications

• ACA qualification or equivalent.
• Experience in M&A Transactions, Financial Due Diligence or significant knowledge of Private Equity, Consumer and Business Services industries.
• High level report writing and reviewing skills with attention to detail and risk management.
• Exceptional academic background or equivalent experience.
• Good problem solving and analytical skills.
• Experience operating with senior level stakeholders.
• Interest in Private Equity/Consumer/Business Services industries.
• Fluency in a major European language advantageous.
• Strong Excel skills for data manipulation.
• Strong commercial acumen and market awareness.
• Strong client focus and service quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of target business and drivers.
• Interpret information memoranda, business plans and public information.
• Review historical trading, cash flow and balance sheets.
• Review projections and underlying assumptions.
• Assess working capital facilities and financing terms.
• Evaluate potential synergies and risks.
• Report key issues to clients from due diligence.
• Review sale and purchase agreements and related findings.
• Work in diverse, inclusive teams and contribute.
