HITACHI HIGH-TECH AMERICA, INC. in Santa Clara, CA seeks a Sales Operations Analyst to support RTD’s financial operations, project accounting, reporting and administrative finance functions. You will maintain accurate financial records, assist general ledger activity, process invoices and coordinate finance workflows.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, 2 years accounting experience, and strong Excel/SAP skills. Fluency in Japanese is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Two years of accounting or financial operations experience.
• Knowledge of general accounting principles and cost control methods.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication; ability to prioritize.
• Fluency in Japanese preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in financial reporting, cost tracking, and variance analysis for projects.
• Support revenue recognition and cost estimation per GAAP/IFRS.
• Maintain Excel-based financial models and schedules.
• Process vendor invoices and assist in billing discrepancies.
• Perform SAP transactions related to sales orders, POs, vendor invoices.
• Support monthly close activities and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with project managers and staff to support financial operations.
• Assist onboarding/offboarding from finance perspective.
• Provide financial documentation for site commissioning and project execution.
