• Coaching, training, and career development for staff within Amrize.
• Provide business insights from accounting data to identify opportunities.
• Lead continuous improvement of the SAP system and reporting.
• Own budgeting and planning across the region.
• Coordinate credit and collections to ensure timely receivables.
• Deliver value-added financial service to operating management.
• Maintain US GAAP compliance and align with global standards.
