The Lubrizol Corporation, a Berkshire Hathaway company, seeks a Director of Finance to lead finance strategy, planning, and performance insights for the Lubrizol Additives Americas unit. You will guide capital investments, develop teams across the US and Latin America, and drive financial excellence in a dynamic, safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in financial management with at least 10 years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically while delivering tactical results.
• Strong business acumen and knowledge of financial management principles and regulations.
• Proven ability to collaborate as a self-starter and drive results.
• Experience preparing executive-level presentations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Partner with the LZA Americas VP and cross-functional leadership to shape strategy and objectives.
• Monitor, analyze, and communicate financial results; support statements and insights to senior management.
• Lead strategic planning and goal setting with business leadership.
• Guide working capital decisions to maximize free cash flow.
• Provide financial analysis for capital investments and potential acquisitions/divestitures.
• Lead and develop finance professionals across the US and Latin America.
• Oversee AOP and budgeting; coordinate long-range forecasts.
• Ensure internal controls in line with US GAAP.
• Liaise with Lubrizol Additives and corporate finance for reporting and reviews.
• Lead and support special projects as assigned.
