The role partners with the General Manager to maintain strong controls and timely close processes, with responsibilities spanning daily to year-end activities and strategic financial planning.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's in accounting/finance, 7–10 years casino finance experience, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Management is required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7–10 years of prior experience in casino finance preferred.
• CPA is preferred but not required.
• Proven leadership experience within an accounting or finance department.

Responsibilities

• Development and oversight of the Finance department's strategic goals.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
• Direct accounting, auditing and finance staff and supervise department operations.
• Ensure timely monthly, quarterly and year-end closes with accurate reporting.
• Maintain confidential and compliant financial records and interact with contractors and auditors.
