RISE Partnership is seeking a Director of Finance to lead the Shared Services Finance team in Portland, OR. The role focuses on financial operations, budget reporting, forecasting, and analysis across six trusts and a nonprofit entity.

Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will oversee accounting, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and risk management while guiding cross-department collaboration to drive organizational priorities and equity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 7+ years experience in financial planning, budgets, forecasting, grants, and contracts.
• CPA and/or CMA certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic leadership for the accounting department, including GAAP-compliant reporting.
• Manage vendors, audits, and external auditors.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and present to leadership.
• Support annual budgets, cash flow forecasting, and KPI monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal grant rules and internal controls.
