Kansas City Orthopaedic Institute is seeking a Director of Finance to lead all accounting and finance for KCOI and its related entities. You will report to the CEO and physician-owners and manage a team of accounting and payroll professionals, delivering clear, accurate numbers to guide decisions.

You’ll lead monthly close, forecasting, cash management, budgets, and the annual audit, and develop business cases for growth in services, facilities, and equipment, while ensuring compliance with

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required; master’s level preferred.
• At least 10 years of healthcare finance experience.
• CPA preferred and strong Excel, GL reporting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead accounting, monthly close, payroll, and annual audit.
• Oversee forecasting, cash management, and budgets.
• Prepare board reports and business cases for growth.
• Develop and mentor accounting payroll team.
