Job summary

All In One Accounting in Mora, Minnesota seeks a Director of Finance to lead the agency's financial health and integrity. This high-impact role partners with the Executive Director on the fiscal strategy and oversees day-to-day accounting operations.

You will manage federal, state, and private grants, ensure Uniform Guidance compliance, and chair annual audits while supervising the accounting team. The position is hybrid, combining in-office collaboration with some remote work to support program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of financial management experience; nonprofit experience preferred.
• Experience with federal grants management, audit processes, and regulatory compliance.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software; strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines; strong communication and supervisory skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel; background check required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including AP/AR, GL, payroll, bank reconciliations, and monthly close.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
• Lead audit preparation and ensure Uniform Guidance compliance; supervise accounting staff.
• Manage grants reporting for federal, state, and private programs; monitor cost allocations.
