This is a full‑time, direct‑hire, onsite opportunity with the opportunity to serve as the organization’s senior financial leader and strategic partner to the CEO, Executive Team, and Board Finance Committee.
The Finance Director will provide strategic and operational leadership across the organization’s finance function, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, audits, internal controls, grants, and long‑term financial planning. Reporting directly to the CEO, this leader will translate complex financial information into actionable insights and partner closely with executive leadership and the Board Finance Committee to support organisational sustainability, effective decision‑making, and mission impact.
This is a full‑time, exempt, direct‑hire position offering an annual salary of $122,000–$138,000 , depending on experience. The position is onsite in Southeast Portland, Oregon , with free parking provided. Standard business hours apply, with occasional evening Board and Finance Committee meetings.
