Job summary

Pregis is seeking a Finance Director – Thermal Solutions to lead budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, and capital investment analysis for its manufacturing operations. You will partner with plant leadership and executive management to drive profitability and governance.

The role requires extensive experience in manufacturing finance, P&L leadership, and strategic financial guidance to support expansive growth initiatives. Travel and cross-site collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have prior financial leadership experience in a progressive organization.
• Operational finance experience, including three years in a leadership position, is required; SAP experience preferred.
• Proven experience leading a multi-million dollar P&L, preferably in a product manufacturing business.
• Seven to fifteen years of experience in related manufacturing industry.
• BA/BS degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting; MBA preferred.
• CPA/CMA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the financial close process and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
• Provide financial leadership and business partnership to commercial and operations teams.
• Develop and execute financial strategies supporting company objectives and growth.
• Deliver actionable insights to improve profitability, productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Support strategic initiatives, acquisitions, expansions, and capital investment decisions.
• Coach and build a high-performing finance team.
