The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in finance, preferably within hospitality or real estate. Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong experience in hospitality, real estate, condominium or HOA finance is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary financial liaison for residential stakeholders.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for all residential components.
• Supervise and mentor the Residences Finance team.
