Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts is seeking a senior finance executive to lead the financial operations of Hotel Crescent Court. You will oversee budgeting, capital expenditure control, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance across the property.

The role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication with executives, and a proactive approach to cost management and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Accounting or Hotel Management preferred.
• 3+ years experience in hotel or hospitality finance and accounting.
• Analytical approach with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the hotel's financial activities and ensure GAAP compliance.
• Prepare accurate financial reports and communicate with ownership and corporate.
• Maintain cash controls, audits, and asset protection.
• Lead budgeting, capital expenditures, and ROI analysis.
• Oversee accounts receivable, credit policies, and collections.
• Coordinate with department managers on staffing and labor management.
