Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts seeks an experienced finance leader for Brickell Arch, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Miami. The role oversees the hotel's financial activities, ensures GAAP compliance, and provides accurate reporting to ownership and HEI Corporate management.

Strong budgeting, controls, and leadership are essential. The position requires 3+ years in hotel finance, analytical skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in Hotel or Hospitality Finance and Accounting.
• Analytical approach with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Assertive personality and professional demeanor.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise financial activities and prepare reports in accordance with GAAP and HEI Standards.
• Maintain effective cash controls with audits and reports.
• Coordinate annual operating budget and capital expenditures per SOP.
• Manage accounts receivable and credit policies; analyze statements and distributions.
• Provide timely financial reporting to General Manager and HEI Corporate management.
