Wright Physical Therapy is seeking a Finance Director to lead the financial strategy behind our growing, multi-clinic practice in Idaho and Utah. You will partner with executive leadership to set strategy, manage revenue cycle performance, and preserve cash flow and margins across clinics.

You will build reporting, forecasting, and dashboards for leadership decisions, and oversee system transitions, financial controls, compliance, and vendor relationships to support growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a finance leadership role, ideally within healthcare or a multi-location service business.
• Hands-on expertise in GAAP and accrual accounting principles.
• Real fluency in healthcare billing, reimbursement methodologies, and revenue cycle standards.
• Demonstrated success leading and developing teams across finance, billing, and revenue cycle functions.
• Strong track record managing budgets, evaluating ROI, and driving profitability.
• Alignment with Wright PT's purpose, mission, and Core Values, with a passion for serving patients, communities, and team members.
